COMPETITION

The event organized by MACAP is an official round of the 2026 F3A INTERNATIONAL WORLD CUP TOUR.

RULES

This contest will be conducted in accordance with the FAI SPORTING CODE, Section 4 – Aeromodelling, Volume F3 Radio Control Aerobatics, 2025 Edition, Class F3A – Aerobatic Power Model Aircraft.

SCHEDULE

• Friday: Free practice flights. Registration starts at 2:00 PM.
• Saturday: 7:00 AM – Start of competition. Rounds 1, 2, and 3 (P-27 Schedule). Gala Banquet in the evening.
• Sunday: 8:00 AM – Start of competition. Rounds 4 and 5 (F-27 Schedule). 2:30 PM – Prize Awarding Ceremony.

PARTICIPATION

To qualify as a competitor, each pilot must hold a valid FAI Sporting License listed in the FAI database. The number of competitors is limited to 25 pilots.

ENTRY FEE

€85, payable upon registration. Registration validated upon receipt of payment. Refund possible if replaced by a waiting-list pilot (valid reason).

ROUNDS

• Three rounds of the P-Schedule (best two to count) + two rounds of the F-Schedule.
• All competitors fly 3 rounds of P-27; top 15 then fly 2 rounds of F-27.
• Organizer may adjust finals count based on weather; finals order is reverse of preliminary ranking.

SCORING

TBL (Tarasov-Bauer-Long) statistical scoring system.

Bad weather rule:

• 1 round completed: the round counts.
• 2 rounds completed: the best round counts.
• 3 rounds completed: the best two rounds count.

FINAL RANKING

The best two rounds of the P-Schedule count toward the preliminary ranking. Top 15 fly two F-27 rounds; total of the two best prelim flights counts as one score combined with the two fly-off scores; best two determine final classification.

• Vendredi : Vols d'entraînement libre. Inscriptions à partir de 14h00.
• Samedi : 07h00 - Début de la compétition. Vols 1, 2 et 3 (Programme P-27). Banquet en soirée.
• Dimanche : 08h00 - Début de la compétition. Vols 4 et 5 (Programme F-27). 14h30 - Remise des prix.

PARTICIPATION

Pour être qualifié, chaque pilote doit posséder une licence sportive FAI valide (titulaire répertorié dans la base FAI). Nombre de compétiteurs limité à 25 pilotes.

FRAIS D'INSCRIPTION

85 €, à payer lors de l'inscription (validation après réception). Remboursement possible en cas de remplacement par la liste d’attente (motif valable).

ROUNDS

• Trois tours de programme P (les deux meilleurs comptabilisés) + deux tours de programme F.
• 3 tours P-27 pour tous, puis 2 tours F-27 pour les 15 meilleurs.
• Ajustement possible selon météo ; ordre inverse du pré-classement.

NOTATION

Système statistique TBL (Tarasov-Bauer-Long).

En cas de météo défavorable :

• 1 tour complété : le tour compte.
• 2 tours complétés : le meilleur tour compte.
• 3 tours complétés : les deux meilleurs tours comptent.

CLASSEMENT

Les 2 meilleurs tours du programme P comptent pour le pré-classement. Les 15 meilleurs volent 2 tours F-27 ; les 2 meilleurs vols préliminaires comptent comme 1 score, ajouté aux 2 scores finale ; les 2 meilleurs sur 3 scores sont retenus.

• 07:15: Morning flight axis calibration
• 07:30: Start of Round 1
• 11:00: End of Round 1 (subject to change depending on rotation duration)
• 10:15: Start of Round 2
• 14:00: End of Round 2 (subject to change)
• 15:00: Afternoon flight axis calibration
• 15:15: Start of Round 3
• 18:45: End of Round 3 (subject to change)
• 19:00: Gala Dinner on site
